Resolved Question: I've narrowed it down... Please help me pick?

So I've manage to narrow down my Texas picks to Richardson, Frisco, Plano, & Carrollton... Like I said in my previous post I am married & have a 1 year old... We want fun, shopping & we are conservative... We are city people (let me know if any of these places are country)... When you pick please let me know why and try to answer these questions: Whats the commute like? What are the schools like? What is employment like?
